China is much neutral than U.S. after the withdraw of U.S. troops, Iraq needs some peace keeping force. It would be a good deal with China so that China can cover the *** of U.S.
With those energy, China can continue to make cheap products to U.S. and Europe.
It seems a win-win solution.
