What conditions are required for the creation of an oil field?

1. source rock (with right mix of organic material)

2. reservoir rock (porous) to hold hydrocarbon

3. maturation of source rock from time %26amp; heat %26amp; pressure

4. migration pathway for hydrocarbon fluids to make its way from source to reservoir (faults, permeable rock, etc)

5. seals and traps (could be structural) to keep oil in reservoir rockWhat conditions are required for the creation of an oil field?
impervious rock similar to an aquifer, carboniferous materials in great abundance, and an over mantle or over burden of material that prevents the oil from leaching away. and last but not least someone to locate and drill for the oil.
