Would the Germans have capture Leningrad,Moscow,Stalingrad & Baku oil field if Barbarrossa started in March?

No, the initial attack would have beem slowed down by the winter and then come to a complete halt once the spring thaw came and turned everything to mud. Between the melting snow and the heavy spring rains, they would have been bogged down until mid-june, gaining a small amount of territory in exchange for completely losing the element of suprise. Had they attacked in March, I doubt they would have reached the Dnepier river by the winter of 41.

edit:

So if Winter was bad for the Germans, how would have attacking in Winter have helped them? And the mud of spring and fall made rapid advances impossible; in October of 1941 the Germans were actually hoping for an early winter to harden the ground so the tanks could move again. March would have been about the worst possible month for them to attack; one month of snow followed by two months of mud is hardly ideal for a blitzkrieg.Would the Germans have capture Leningrad,Moscow,Stalingrad %26amp; Baku oil field if Barbarrossa started in March?
Yes because they would manage to do it before the Russian winter(which was the main reason of their defeat because tanks, equipment and men froze). Many historians claim that Yugoslavia is to blame for German defeat, because Germany had to deal with Yugoslavia until the end of April. And 2 months is a lot of time in modern warfare.
